What Clankie is

Clankie for iPhone and iPad is the native client for your own agent, running on your Mac or a hosted Clankie machine. The app reaches your agent through api.clankie.bot.

Hosted Clankie currently lives in the app. Discord, voice and games use Clankie running on your own Mac.

New hosted accounts

New hosted sign-ups are closed. Existing customers can sign in to manage their plan and pair their app. You can run Clankie on your Mac now.

Hosted plans and billing

Starter is $20/month for the machine plus 9 AI credits for $9; Pro is $85/month plus 30 AI credits for $14. 1 credit is $1 of AI usage on Clankie's default model, no API key needed; top-ups are 9 credits for $12 and roll over. Already have a provider connected to your Clankie? Skip the monthly credits and pay for the machine only; your provider bills you. Add or remove monthly credits from your account page. See the Starter and Pro plans for included active hours, storage, internet transfer and optional capped overage.

Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal on your account page. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month. Your account page is at api.clankie.bot/fleet/account.

AI credits and connected providers

Monthly AI credits reset each billing period and are spent first; top-up credits roll over until used. At zero credits, model replies pause until you add credits from your account page. The default model needs no provider account or API key.

If you already have a provider connected to your Clankie, usage on it is billed by that provider rather than counted against credits. It does not remove your plan's active-hour or internet-transfer limits. Never put provider keys in a chat, email or support issue.

Get started on Mac

Download the latest Mac release. Installing Clankie, signing it in, and pairing a supported app are covered by the Mac quick start.

The iPhone and iPad app uses TestFlight, which is not accepting new testers right now. Existing testers can pair it with their Mac using clankie pair, or with a hosted Clankie from their account page.

Report a problem

Open an issue at github.com/Volpestyle/clankie/issues. Say which device and Clankie version you were using and what you expected to see. Do not post model keys, sign-in codes, pairing links, payment details or private conversation logs.
